Company Profile

The Basketball Highway was envisioned in the spring of 1995, by Alan Lambert, the President and Chief Executive Officer of The Basketball Highway. His goal was to create an Internet web site where the basketball coaching community would be served by a business "doing much of the mundane legwork for them". By significantly cutting coaches search time for information and resources, Lambert wanted to "enable coaches to do a better job and more efficiently utilize their valuable time". Lambert, a former college player, has spent the past 18 years coaching at the Professional level overseas, and at the University level in the United States and more than 40 years in the game of Basketball at all levels. The Basketball Highway has won numerous awards the past 12 years for it service and commitment to protection and integrity of the game of basketball through the internet.

The Basketball Highway encourages anyone in the basketball community to submit information which could be useful to other coaches and teams around the world but strongly encourages a commitment to be guardians of the game and sharing information that is constructive and purposeful for many others.

4. Indemnification Customer agrees to indemnify and hold The Basketball Highway® faultless from any dispute which may arise from a breach of the terms of this agreement. Customer agrees to hold The Basketball Highway faultless from any claims or expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees and court costs, related to a Customers violation of this agreement, including conduct, or any information, software, or other content place on The Basketball Highway service.

5. Choice of Law This agreement shall be construed and controlled by the laws of the State of Arizona. In addition, any dispute arising from this agreement or breach of this agreement will be governed by laws of the State of Arizona. Customer aggress to personal jurisdiction by the state and federal courts residing in the State of Arizona.

6. Merger Clause This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between parties with respect to all subject matter herein contained and takes precedent over all previous contemporaneous agreements, proposals, communication, oral or written between The Basketball Highway representatives and Customers. The Basketball Highway reserves the right to amend this document at any time, imposing new conditions upon notice from The Basketball Highway as published on this service. All use of this service by Customer after such notice is considered acceptance by the Customer of such amendments, modifications, and altered conditions.
